All of our items are handmade by Final Freedom Ltd unless stated,we have developed a wide ranging number of designs in various finishes to help turn your costume jewellery collection from ordinary into the extraordinary. Our hand-crafted art has an inspiring beauty that draws from a variety of influences, including Old World, historical references, and natural elements.  Most of our pieces are One-Offs so you won't see anyone else wearing your piece. Every item ordered  comes beautifully presented in an organza gift bag

FAQ

What is your returns policy?
Custom made jewellery is non returnable as are earrings because of hygiene reasons. If any of our jewellery is faulty we will exchange or refund. Items such as necklaces and bracelets are returnable for any reason but the refund will be minus the postage costs.

Can you create me a custom design?
Most of our designs are one offs but we are happy to create custom designs for you but as these are non returnable. If you have a specific design in mind, e mail us with details and we will obtain quotes for you.

Which postage system do you use for international?
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail recorded and Special Delivery and for overseas we use AirSure.

Do you have a showroom or shop I can visit?
No we are an internet retailer only. As most of our jewellery is made to order, we do not have stocks on the premises

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices quoted include VAT. (Some ex-VAT prices are also quoted but these are marked as such and are shown alongside the VAT inclusive price.)
