Delivery Charges and Postal Information for UK Orders

For security, we always send orders with a value up to £33.99 by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will need a signature.

Orders over £34.00 Free P&P We regret we cannot be responsible for uninsured parcels which are lost or damaged while in the care of Royal Mail, though we will supply you with the proof of posting and give you as much information we can about the parcel so that you can take up the matter with Royal Mail. If you need *Next Day Delivery on orders with a value under £34, please e-mail your order for a paypal invoice.

All items are wrapped in tissue and placed in an organza bag before being packed securely inside a padded bag to avoid damage in transit. * Next Day Delivery refers to the date we post the item to you, not from the date you order it

IMPORTANT: Your jewellery will normally be dispatched within 3-5 days, but occasionally the wait could be a little longer, if we are waiting for beads etc. We will always let you know if we expect to dispatch your jewellery more than 14 days after we receive your order. If you live in the UK you can use the Shopping Basket to pay securely by credit card (through PayPal). As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase.

Final Freedom does not see your card details at any time. If for any reason you don't want to pay through PayPal, we will accept payments via UK Cheque or Postal Order instead. In this case, do not use the shopping basket....please email us, listing the code numbers, price and a brief description of the items and we will arrange for a payment request to be sent to you.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PayPal will charge a flat-rate post and packing charge which applies to the UK only. If you live outside of the UK, do NOT use the Shopping Cart. Please email us with your order. We will then add the correct amount of extra postage for shipping to your country, and send you a PayPal invoice. Orders from countries other than the UK must be made via PayPal only.
